🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 14:00

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• 1-hour grace period

• After that, $20 per hour late check-out fee applies

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

🚭 House Rules

• No loud music or parties

• No smoking indoors (balcony only)

• No parties or events

• Handle all furniture & appliances with care

• Only registered guests may stay overnight

• No illegal activities or subletting

🧹 Cleaning Policy

• Professionally cleaned before each stay

• Stays of 3 nights or fewer: No mid-stay cleaning

• Stays of 1 week or longer: Cleaning twice per week
  (deep cleaning, linen change, electricity & Wi-Fi checks, toiletries top-up)

• We recommend using our cleaner — she knows the apartment well

• A small fee applies per cleaning visit

• Monthly stays: cleaning schedule can be customized

For your safety, discreet cameras are installed:

• 1 in the corridor (always on)

• 1 in the living room — can be switched off during your stay for privacy

📘 House Manual

• WiFi: Network & password will be shared before check-in

• TV: Use the remote. Supports local channels & streaming apps

• Hot Water: Switch on heater 15–20 min before use; turn off after

• Kitchen: Fully equipped — please clean up after use

• Balcony: Enjoy the view! Do not hang clothes or throw items

• Waste Disposal: Use the bins in the kitchen; building staff assists with disposal

• Security: Lock all doors & windows when leaving

• Check-out: Leave keys with building staff or co-host as arranged
